Please note: If a guest makes a reservation with a credit card that declines, the reservation must be cancelled by 18:00 hours. When the guest arrives at the hotel if a room is available, there will be a USD $25 reinstatement charge for declined credit cards.

***To access the complimentary 24-hour airport transfer service, guests MUST call the hotel from the baggage claim area at LAX Airport for pick-up. Open from 08:00 to 20:00, the Travelers Aid booth can also assist. Travelers Aid booths are located in all baggage claim areas for instructions on where to pick up the shuttle.****

Shuttle service is also offered for area hotels, major car rental locations and area restaurants.

Please note: There is a $10.00 fee for the in and out shuttle transfer of surf boards and skis. A guest may have 4 items of luggage for which there is no charge. For over 5 items of luggage there is a shuttle service fee of $5.00 transport in and out per item. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
