Great, Friendly and Helpful staff at this hotel. Had the unfortunate experience of leaving my mobile phone onboard the taxi that took me back to hotel, where both concierge Thilan & Brayan sprang into actions - one of them kept calling my mobile which was an international no. - hoping that the driver would discover the phone (which was on silent), while the other one immediately and continuously calling the taxi company. They spare no efforts in assisting in the eventual recovery of my mobile phone. Great staff - including also the friendly and chatty April from the cafe. Much Thanks
