Definitely a wonderful place! Very clean room with balcony to the sea. The hotel has a terrace and a private beach. The hosts are lovely, incredible breakfast. We look forward to returning to this fantastic place. 

Very nice quite place. Exceptionally clean. Rooms look over Adriatic Sea. Beach access. 

The people are fantastic and great English. Economically priced.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer

We stayed at Mare Bed and breakfast for one week in medio july. We had two rooms at first floor which means no seaview. I guess our impression would have been even better if we had a view. Apart from that we had a splendid week in Himare. The Beach was just outside our room. Beds were fine, restaurants short walk from Hotel. Refrigerator in ALL rooms. WiFi signal weak in one of the rooms but fine in the lobby. Friendly and serviceminded owners. The placement of the Hotel makes it a must. We chose not to have breakfast at the Hotel. Plenty of choises in the nearby. 

The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast (5 euro) was amazing! Very clean rooms and common spaces. The hotel basically has its own (small) but nice beach with azur water.

The hotel was exactly as described on hotels.com. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, practically private beach, outstanding view from the balcony (seaside view). Parking lot is rather small but there are no problems with taking your car away. The hotel is clean and quiet. Perfect location - 24h opened gas station with shop, best restaurant in the town and beach bar are 400m away. The center is itself quite close with a range of a 7mins walk.

this place is fantastic., it is more like a small hotel than a b & b . the building was new, clean and modern, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. it is right on the beach (no road between even) and you can walk straight off the property onto the beach. rooms were very clean, aircon good, with fridge, towels, etc. balconies not too big, but big enough for a couple to sit on the tables and chairs provided and relax over a glass of wine. internet worked well. the owners were very helpful, we were the only people staying at the hotel who had breakfast included in our price so he offered to deliver it to our room in the morning. when i saw him in the morning he then offered to serve it downstairs, practically on the beach as our balcony was in full sun at the time. what a way to start the day, just beautiful. tomatoes straight from the garden with our own personal table with a lovely view of the ocean. they also helped us with the bus tickets for our onward traveln (not an easy thing to work out in albania) and the owner was even up at 6am to make sure that the bus picked us up and we were away safely. albanian hospitality at its best and the accommodation was in a lovely spot, where the beach is clean and a little quieter than up the other end of himare, however there are still shops and restaurants nearby so you don;t have to venture far for food. highly recommend this hotel. from a well seasoned traveller.

Clean room, clean smell. Friendly staff. We were offered free coffee and cake in the morning, which was delicious. Great sea view, nice to wake up with the sound of the waves. Private parking available. Low season in himare is very quiet, not a lot to do. Gelato place across the street was good for desert and drinks.

Nice b&b on quieter side of Himara. Small private beach was nice and quiet. (We hate the loud music that seems to be the norm on the beaches in south Albania. Too bad, such beatiful beaches that are packed with sun beds...)  Small and basic room but clean. Himara was more relaxed than Saranda and we enjoyed our stay. 

We had a nice stay on the beach. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and warm. The hotel has a private beach with shades and also a great terrace. We got our wine and hanged out in the terrace for a long time. Perfect sunset! Didn’t get the sea side room, instead got one facing the road. But it was alright nothing to complain. Very neat and clean rooms with working air con. 
 No free breakfast but there are plenty of option nearby. Right next door there is a cafe with decent breakfast option.

Overall a great experience n would recommend

The rooms are basic, but this is a good, clean hotel and the location is perfect. The couple who run it were friendly and nice to us. The seaside rooms, of course, are the best. There is a small private beach, too.
