Cloud 9 Boutique Hotel is fantastic. This was my 4th visit here and every time I have loved it. It is completely unpretentious so you feel totally comfortable yet you also are looked after fabulously. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed in the car park (additional bonus secure parking for a a very minor additional charge) Reception staff are always welcoming and so helpful. The rooms are all quite different but same level of comfort and provision. It's a quirky place and the gem of the place is it's roof top bar with views to die for. The spa is an additional bonus - I have had the Swedish massage each time which helps to relax you into your stay. Booking is never an issue and the staff there are so nice too. I have not used the pool or jacuzzi areas but they are a cool addition too. This time we ate dinner there and both enjoyed our choices - value for money and arrived quickly. Cocktails were great too. Do not hesitate to book this place. It's fantastic if you are planning a visit up Table Mountain too because it's just 10 mins drive away, so two chances of getting the right conditions to go! We will be back for sure!
