Hotel Isa

Absolutely loved this hotel. Every member of staff went above and beyond - they were so friendly, professional and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully styled and in a wonderful area not too far from the Piazza Del Popollo (15mins walk East) or the Vatican (20mins walk West). There were so many local cafes and restaurants in the area, it didn't feel too touristy, although again, everything was walking distance. We had a triple room which was HUGE. I don't normally stay in hotels as I don't like small rooms, but our room had so much space - a huge super king bed and a really nice single bed which was apparently a sofabed, but you wouldn't have known it. Champagne and snacks were given as a welcome gift and we all had bathrobes, slippers and even a small personal bath loofah provided! Big walk in shower with great water pressure, even on 5th floor. Bathroom was big enough to also include a bidet. We had a lovely balcony with flowers and jasmine adorning the metalwork and a small table and two chairs. Breakfast was divine! Absolutely huge selection of anything you could imagine, with an egg station and staff on hand to make coffees. The outside area on the terrace is beautiful - again, full of flowers and with a view of St Peter's! Even better for my children, in one corner they have a birdhouse and we saw 5 green parakeets coming every morning to feed. On my final morning, Reggie even had my soya milk already poured and ready for me - I was so touched I almost cried. I don't understand any of the slightly negative comments. This hotel was a blessing in every way.
