Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

**Fees**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Fee for in-room wireless Internet: JPY 1000.00 per day (rates may vary)

Fee for in-room wired Internet: JPY 1000.00 (rates may vary)

Self parking fee: JPY 3000.00 per day

Airport shuttle fee per child: JPY 480.00 (one-way)

Monday, January 19th, 2026 from 12:30 AM till 04:30 AM. Guest room power outage will be lasting approximately 4 hours. During this time, there will be no electricity, air conditioning, or hot water supply in guest rooms. A lamp will be provided in guests room for convenience.

Elevator service interruption: elevators will be out of service from 12:20 AM till 12:40 AM and again from 04:20 AM till 04:40 AM. Mizuki spa gym closure: the gym at Mizuki Spa will be closed during this period.

Monday, January 26th, 2026 from 12:30 AM till 04:30 AM.

Guest room power outage: brief power outages for approximately 10 minutes are expected at the start and end of this period. Air conditioning and hot water will not be available during these times. A lamp will be placed in guests room. Elevator service interruption: elevators will be out of service from 12:20 AM till 12:40 AM and again from 04:20 AM till 04:40 AM.

Mizuki spa gym closure: the gym at Mizuki Spa will be closed during this period.

In addition, due to mandatory annual maintenance, the swimming pool will undergo scheduled maintenance/ Mizuki spa swimming pool closure: from 06:00 AM on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, to 03:00 PM on Saturday, January 17th, 2026. Gym and locker room will be available as usual.
