We went here for the team's day, hoping to enjoy ourselves, have fun and see the beauty of nature. We paid the rooms for 1 night, lunch, dinner and breakfast. The double room was very nice, clean and with a beautiful view. The lunch was horrible, you couldn't eat that food ... Full of oil and with a strange smeel. I was waiting for dinner because I did not eat lunch, but again it disappointed me ... I had stomach problems and needed some pills ... I do not recommend food and especially for children. They really need a new chef.

Nice rooms, great view

A restaurant with great natural view, but not so great food. "Conacul de pe deal"  is also a guest house, where you can sleep, in town Campulung Muscel, if you want authentic country life. I saw horses, cows, and nearby (100 m) is place for winter sports. End of August, in Campulung, in Rock Festival Posada. 

Lunch

We called to make reservation here. When we arrived we saw that there was a party or some celebration. The music was too loud and this kinda ruin our dinner. The waitress barely understood our order and 4 of us still got something else instead of what they have ordered (they all got the same thing). The excuse was that they don't have that anymore. But nobody came to tell us that. The portions are pretty small. The food was ok. The desert was not :). 

Bad timing

Going to keep this short:Some rooms had problems with their doors or windows.The staff was visibly annoyed by everyone.The food was bad-average.The playground was old and dangerous (one of my friends got HURT because of a nail sticking out of a slide)The pool was small,cold and the water was waayyyy to murky(it was about 1.55 deep which is a bit too much for kids).The forest (and cattles )near the hotel are wonderful,so if you like little trips trough the woods that could be a plus.But please avoid this hotel,its pretty poorly managed and there is a really big guard dog behind the building where that restaurant is which (even though is chained) could be really dangerous.Im not recommending it

The pool was dirty and the water was cold. The kids were very disappointed about this. We didn't had hot water at the shower all day long, but only at certain times of the day because of ... technical problems. The manager was so disrespectful when we told him about the dirty pool and the fact that we couldn't use it. He told us that it was our fault because when we made the reservation we had to ask if we could use the pool.

Never again

We stayed in this pensiune in this august month since we had the chance to visit the nice region of Campulung. 
What a disappointment! First, a welcome with NO SMILE , no hello , no thanks…bref NOTHING!
WE paid in advance the room night and we spent time and money at the bar and restaurant for the evening having the impression that we have to leave as soon as possible. 
Finally, we woke up thanks to an alarm due to a cut of electricity! To accompany that, the breakfast was without any hot dishes and of course, we had to wait 25 minutes for a coffee !!! 
At the end, we left without even a goodby, tired by the alarm and a very bad impression…
Advice : DONT GO THERE, it doesn’t worth the money.

Very disappointed

so... the website says it is kids friendly, but it is not, the electrical sokets come out of the wall, the playing ground looks post apocaliptic, they do not know what is customer service, there's no trambouline and the pool has unchanged water, its green.

disaster

The location is beautiful, with panoramic view on the mountains. Nice playing ground for kids. 
But the people have no idea how offer quality services.
No hot water in the room! They were saving costs, so until we insisted on this, it was not solved. 
The pool was a hygienic menace: really green, dirty and cold water. There were surely some frogs in there :))) They lied to us they will clean it and next day will be ok for the kids to swim. It was not. 
So they lied again that it takes 3-4 days before it the water drains out of the pool...
After my daughter had to take a shower with cold water, she got to a short and obvious conclusion: "if they are so cheap (and cut costs), they will loose the clients!"
