I love the peace and customer was amazing

It was nicely tucked away. Felt more like apartments than a hotel.

The facilities are definitely dated but the price was very reasonable. More importantly to me.... the room was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Ocotillo, especially if you are budget concious.

Over all a good place last minute and clean

The rooms are pretty nice for what it was for a trip, but some if the guests were  on meth that were two doors down from us walking up and down the hall saying how high they were and making a bunch of noise that we couldn't sleep. It's an apartment / Hotel so there's people living there as well so it smells of marijuana which not a problem for me but for most it might be but overall the ladies were nice the guard was nice and the room for what it was was okay.

I loved staying here. They genuinely take pride in their property and it shows in the way they handle their business. They have a cut off time when it comes to receiving guests, so you don’t have to worry about staying next door to someone throwing a party or hoo ha when you have to wake up for work in the morning. The gate to the property for the most part remains closed. They have security on site 24-7 and you know your safety matters to each of the personnel working. The rooms are cleaned both in regards to the energy you feel walking in the door, and how spotless the floor and bathrooms are. I have not spotted a single insect since I’ve been here… not even one. The property landscape is maintained and well kept. The pool looks magical, and they even have a mini snack stop in the front office. Which is great if you want to keep older children from walking to the qt im search of snacks. I love it here and im greatful to all the employees who go above and beyond to make my stay truly comfortable.

We are very recently married and spent several days here- we are doing a honeymoon trip up in Flagstaff and the GC but wanted to relax for a few days beforehand. Hotel management couldn’t be any more welcoming; room service is fantastic- try the Chicken Kiev if you have a chance. Seafood is fresh and out of this world. 

The pool and spa are a great way to freshen up and beat this ungodly heat. We will definitely be back when we visit family next visit to PHX!

they kept my deposit after I only stayed one night and was barely in the room

Everyone was so polite and kind going back very budget friendly

I had an amazing stay there was just noisy people playing loud music and talking really loud next to us so we had to sleep most nights around 2am

It’s great for the price room came with refrigerator and microwave and it was very clean. It’s a basic room but if you’re in town to go explore and you’re just sleeping there, it’s a great deal.

The first room we were put into was trashed, but the staff was very accomodating and immediately moved us to a different room and everything is going well.
