• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property is professionally cleaned.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash deposit: VND 2300000 per accommodation
• Breakage deposit: VND 2300000
• A damage deposit of VND 2300000 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Self parking fee: VND 150000 per stay
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
