A credit card and a deposit of 1 night plus tax are required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. The hotel will authorize the credit card upon arrival for the full amount of the stay plus a daily amount to cover any additional charges charged to the room. Guests may cancel their reservations up to 4:00 PM local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty for 1 night's stay and tax. Reservations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival may be cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) of booking without penalty. A deposit equal to the first night's stay and taxes is required at the time of booking.

Exception: Fully prepaid, non-refundable or advance purchase reservations.

Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites holds a USD 100.00 deposit for incidentals (e.g. parking) per room per stay on our guests' credit cards upon arrival. The hotel will automatically release the hold on your credit card (if it has not been used) immediately upon departure. The time it takes for the credit card company to release the hold varies (usually 7-10 business days, but some banks are exceptions and may take much longer). The hotel has no control over when the credit card company will release the hold.
