Check-In Information:

Please note that the guest house is regretfully unable to accept any arrivals after 20:00.

Bookings for 2 rooms or more cannot be accepted. Single sex groups are also not accepted.

Minimum Stays:

Please note that when booking there is a minimum stay of 2 nights, and 3 nights during public holidays.

Payment Information:

The guest house does not accept American Express cards.

Smoking:

Please note that The Firgarth has a strict non-smoking policy. Guests will be asked to vacate the room immediately if evidence of smoking is found, and a minimum charge of GBP 200.00 will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the reservation, to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs.

Please note that the Firgarth is a guest house and, whilst high standards are offered, it is important to remember that it is not a hotel.
