For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited. Guests are liable for any loss, damages or personal injuries within the property. Damages made within the property will result in guests being charged for full repairs. Additional linens for bedroom 2 are available at an additional cost of GBP 25 per set if you have only booked for 2 guests but want to use the second bedroom.
