La Fontana Pool at JA Palm Tree Court Dubai will be closed from 11.09.2024–15.10.2024 for emergency maintenance.

During this period, all guests can use and enjoy the following pools: Anchor Pool, Splash Pool, Palmito Pool, The Vibe Pool and JA Lake View Family Pool as alternative.

Kindly note that from 11.09.24–17.09.24 some noisy work will take place between 11:00 AM–06:00 PM in the pool area however, the management and team are taking every effort to keep the disruption in minimal.

This hotel does not have elevators.

Two children, up to the age of 11 years, can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room. Free cribs are available on request at the hotel.

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 18 years old are only allowed with adult supervision.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The hotel has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the hotel manager. Contact details can be found on booking confirmation.

No pets and no service animals are allowed at this hotel.
