Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Guest House Plai in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of UAH 2500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, the fine for smoking is 2500 UAH. Please note that from 28.12.2016. to 20.01.2017. children aged between 10 and 16 need to pay extra per night. Please contact the property for details. Please note that the floor is equipped with a gas stove. In the event of a power outage, the power supply is provided by a generator (internet, heat and hot water without interruptions). |
