This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include electrical and water usage fees. Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check out. Additional cleaning during the stay is not included in the room rates and an additional fee is to be paid directly at the property if cleaning services are requested.
