The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Breakfast fee: between THB 450 and THB 1500 per person (approximately)
• Early check-in fee: 50 percent of room rate (subject to availability)

• Crib (infant bed) fee: THB 500.0 per day

A damage deposit of THB 20000 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.
