The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: THB 120 for adults and THB 70 for children (approximately)
• Housekeeping fee: THB 153 every 2 days
• Rollaway bed fee: THB 200.0 per day
• Electricity fee: THB 90 per stay
• Water fee: THB 60 per day

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Shuttle transfer per adult: THB 600 (one-way)
• Shuttle transfer per child: THB 600 (one-way), (from 1 to 12 years old)
• Cleaning fee: THB 153 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on length of stay)

• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
