Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.

Please note that late arrivals outside the normal reception opening times are subject to a surcharge of EUR 35, payable in cash.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 will be blocked on the guest's credit card on the day of arrival. This amount will be unblocked once the apartment has been checked at the end of the stay.

Please note that a cleaning service is available for EUR 25 a day.
