Please inform Golondrina - panoramic hillside holiday house in Moraira in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the opening times for key collection: - From 1 April to 31 October: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00. - From 1 November to 31 March: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. Please contact the property in advance if you plan to arrive outside above times. Please note the following services carry a surcharge: - High chair: EUR 25 per week - Electric fan: EUR 10 per week Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
