This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 12 EUR per person per stay for towels and bed linen will be charged at the check-in in case of the guest doesn't have their own. A surcharge of 8 EUR per night for the usage of the air conditioner will be charged at the check-in in case of the guest wants to use it.
