Please note that this property has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to contact BWH Ramblas upon arrival in Barcelona in order to arrange key collection and check-in.

Guests requiring parking spaces are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance either by email or by telephone. Contact details can be found on the Booking Confirmation.

Please note that arrivals outside the normal reception opening hours are subject to a surcharge:

Arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30;

Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 40;

Arrivals between 02:00 and 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50.

Early check in is upon request at an extra cost of EUR 30 and can only be confirmed one day before your arrival.

Please note the apartments will be cleaned once a week. This includes a change of sheets and towels. Extra cleaning services are available at an additional cost.

For baby cots and child seats, please inform the property at least 3 days in advance. This can be requested by contacting the property using the email address found on the booking confirmation. Please include the following details: arrival and departure date, apartment and required equipment. The property will send a confirmation within 24 hours.

Please note that in case of damage to the apartments, guests will be charged EUR 200.
