Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 10 Sept 2022 until Mon 12 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Plase note that baby cot and baby chair are available with a surcharge of EUR 30 per stay, to be paid on arrival. Please note that check-in from 22:00 to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20, to be paid on arrival. For stays longer than 28 days, services (water, electricity, and gas) are included up to EUR 150. The guest will pay the difference if more is used.
