This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that baby chair are available for an extra cost of EUR 15 per stay, to be paid on arrival. Please note that late check-in from 22:00 to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20, to be paid on arrival. For stays of 28 days or more, services (water, electricity, and gas) are included up to EUR 100. The guest will pay the difference if more is used.
