俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 For stays of more than 7 days, there is a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with a replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 800.0 for each cleaning. Payment for final and intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds together with the security deposit on the day of arrival.
When checking in for 1 or 2 days, final cleaning and a security deposit are made before sending check-in instructions to the guests. The insurance deposit is returned before 00:00 AM in case of no claims to the handed-out object and proper compliance with the rules of residence.
The apartments are not suitable for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The possibility of living with small dogs is agreed in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the administration in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. |
