Mandatory payment for final cleaning of RUB 1200.00 is made upon arrival together with the security deposit.
For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1200.00 for each cleaning. Payment for final cleaning and intermediate cleanings is made by depositing funds via the fast payment system to the details sent.
Upon arrival for 1-2 days, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is paid before sending check-in instructions to guests. The insurance deposit is returned to the card before 00:00 AM in case of no claims to the object and proper implementation of the rules of residence.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and obtain check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
