俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning, is made by depositing funds according to the SBP to the sent details upon arrival along with the insurance deposit.
Upon arrival for 1-2 days, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the remote check-in instructions to the guests. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.
A baby cot with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon prior request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay.
It is possible to stay with animals by individual prior agreement and for an additional fee.the fee. If you stay with animals without approval, you will be fined RUB 3000.00.
Free parking is available near the house.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The apartments are not rented out for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. |
