Bed linen for extra beds is provided for an additional fee in the amount of RUB 250.00 for the third and fourth guest.
Check-in rules:
Check-in time from 2:00 PM (24 hours),
Check-out time until 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are provided only upon availability and are charged at RUB 250.00 per hour.
Accommodation with a pet is allowed, but an additional charge of RUB 500.00 per day is provided. If the reservation is more than 3 days, then RUB 300.00 per day.
Reporting documents are provided upon agreement and for an additional fee, which depends on the reservation amount.
Prohibited:
Holding events, more guests than specified in the reservation, smoking in the apartment (including the balcony), damage to property and noise at night. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the deposit may be withheld in part or in full.
