When choosing the payment option: at the hotel or on site, the guest must contact the property 24 hours before arrival and pay the cost of the first night of stay.
Contactless check-in is possible in the apartments using the key-box. To do this, guests are required to provide passport details before arrival, pay a deposit and the full cost for the entire stay.
Upon check-in, a security deposit is required for the safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence. The deposit is refundable after cleaning until 12:00 AM on the day of departure.
For violations of the rules of residence: smoking, parties, noise complaints from neighbors — the deposit is not returned.
For damage and loss of property - the calculation of compensation for damage from the pledge is made at the current market value. |
