It is forbidden to turn on loud music, make noise and hold parties.
The apartment is not suitable for people under 18 years old, drunk people, guests with pets.
Prepayment is charged for 1 day. In case of cancellation of the reservation at the initiative of the guest, the prepayment is not refundable.
The additional deposit is RUB 2000.00 if paid at the time of booking, or RUB 3000.00 if paid at check-in, as well as if an early contactless departure of the guest is planned. The deposit is returned upon eviction or in case of contactless departure within 24 hours after inspection and cleaning of the apartment. The deposit is not refundable in case of damage or loss of property, non-return of keys, for smoking in the apartment and the common corridor compartment, violation of other rules of residence.
For business travel guests, all reporting documentation is available: a contract, a check with a QR code, an act of acceptance and transfer of housing, if necessary. |
