When placing animals, an increased deposit and an additional fee is charged, which is not included in the price of the reservation and is paid separately: for accommodation for 1 day is RUB 500.00, for accommodation from 2 days is RUB 300.00 per day. Small breeds of dogs (up to 15 kg and up to 30 cm tall), cats, as well as other small animals in cages are accepted for accommodation. The type of animal is agreed before settling. If the dimensions of the animal exceed those indicated above, then accommodation may be refused.

If the booking indicates 2 people, but there is a need to sleep in separate beds, then an additional set of bed linen is not included in the price of the reservation and is paid separately in the amount of RUB 300.00.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor. The elevator in the building reaches the 6th floor. To get to the apartment, you need to walk one flight of stairs.

There is a round-the-clock contactless check-in through an electronic lock.

The deposit is fully refundable after cleaning, subject to the rules of residence: smoking is prohibited in the apartments and on the landing in the house, the property of the apartment is intact and without damage, silence is observed after 11:00 PM. Events and parties are prohibited.
