In accordance with the Law of St. Petersburg of June 28, 2023 № 419-81 "On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg" on the territory of St. Petersburg from April 1, 2024, a resort fee is charged. If there is a benefit, residents must have the original document confirming the existence of the benefit, or a copy thereof certified in accordance with the established procedure. Guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. There is remote check-in in the hotel.

Accommodation with pets is allowed for a fee. Rules of accommodation with pets should be clarified with the administrator of the apartment.
