The apartments are located in a free parking area.
Children from 0 to 4 years old can be provided with a baby cot as an extra bed free of charge. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.
The apartments are located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator in the building.
Dog-friendly. For accommodation with a dog, a one-time fee of RUB 3000.00 is charged for special cleaning and a security deposit of RUB 5000.00, regardless of the length of stay (payment on the day of settlement). Accommodation is possible only with dogs of non-hazardous breeds up to 8 kg. Cats and larger dogs are not allowed.
