In the case of choosing a tariff when placing two guests with a child under 3 years old (double occupancy), no additional payment is required when placing a child without providing a separate seat. In other cases, it is necessary to correctly select the number of guests at check-in to select the correct rate.
In the case of a non-refundable booking, the guest may be given a period to pay the prepayment themselves. In case of non-receipt of prepayment within the specified period, the accommodation facility reserves the right to debit funds from the guest's card specified during booking. Advance payment of a non-refundable rate is a guarantee of keeping the reservation and the specified rate until the guest's arrival. By making a booking, the guest confirms their agreement with the rules of the property.
Additional services specified at the time of booking must be paid for prior to arrival. In the event of a no-show or non-payment of a non-refundable rate, the property has the right to write off the fine from the guest's card specified at the time of booking.
Upon making a reservation, guests must correctly select the number of guests to stay in the apartment and the corresponding rate.
In the case of a third guest, when booking an apartment, at the rate of double occupancy, it is necessary to pay an additional fee on the spot, at the rate of the accommodation facility.
In case of violation of the rules, the accommodation facility has the right to refuse to provide the service, as well as write off the fine from the guest's bank card specified during booking. |
