Animals that are allowed to live with include only small dogs of non-fighting breeds weighing up to 5 kilograms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal.
Pets are allowed if the guest purchases the entire room.
The cost of living for one animal at Smart Hotel NEO is RUB 500.00.
The guest is required to have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for its sleeping. It is prohibited to leave the animal unattended and outside of a special carrier (cage).
To feed the animal, the guest is required to bring special dishes with him.
To satisfy the natural needs of the animal, which do not require walking, the guest is required to bring with him a special tray or other special bedding.
Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, etc.) and while walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by the guest.
It is prohibited for dogs to be in the area where food services are provided (restaurant, buffet, etc.).
Guests arriving on holiday at the hotel with an animal must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian noting all vaccinations given to the pet. |
