A fine of RUB 5000.00 is provided for each violation.

In case of damage, destruction of residential premises, property located in it, the guest is obliged to compensate the landlord for the damage caused in full on the basis of the submitted supporting documents.

In the case of using a large number of dishes located in the living room, the guest independently brings them to the proper condition in which they were before use, that is, the guest independently washes the used dishes. The cost of the additional service of dish washing is RUB 1000.00.
