Standard Single room, Standard Double room, Deluxe room and Family room are not equipped with balconies.

The hotel is undergoing a lift replacement and will be out of service until the end of September 2024. The hotel reception is located on the 4th floor of the building, and the rooms occupy the 4th and 5th floors, so there is no possibility to use the elevator.

From 01/09/23, when choosing a rate with breakfast, breakfast will be delivered to the room.

Russian citizens: Adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in (international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.
• This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: RUB 4000.00 per vehicle (one way)

Registration fee for citizens of the CIS — RUB 200.00 per person for the entire period of stay, for citizens of other countries — RUB 300.00 per person for the entire period of stay.

Budget and Standard Rooms cannot accommodate extra beds.

When booking 5 rooms or more, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the booked rooms is required.

When booking for a period of 6 days or more, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the booked services is charged.
