Cancellation policy for non-refundable rates:
If canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation policies for refundable fares:
Changes or cancellations without penalties must be made at least 3 days in advance in the low season (01.10-27.12, 08.01-29.04), at least 7 days in the high season (30.04-30.09), and not less than 14 days during the New Year holidays (30.12-09.01). The hotel has the right to withhold a fine in case of a no-show or violation of the cancellation deadline in the amount of the cost of the first night of stay, subject to booking at the standard rate. |
