俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 Reception opening hours: from 10:00 to 22:00. In case of check-in after 22:00, guests have to inform the hotel in advance and receive instructions for check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Guaranteed check-in from 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00.
For early arrivals, guests must inform the hotel at least one day before the arrival of arrival time.
In case of late arrival, you must pick up the keys at the address: St. Petersburg, Pulkovskoe highway, 14G, the keys will be in the envelope.
Smoking in the apartments is prohibited.
For an additional fee, breakfast is offered on request from 7:30 to 10:30 at a cost of 520.00 RUB per person.

One child under 12 years old stays at the hotel free of charge, subject to the placement of a parent/guardian in the room without an extra bed.
