The deposit for the safety of the property is paid by card upon check-in and is returned on the day of check-out after cleaning. The deposit is returned to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
After making a reservation, guests must contact the administration to confirm the relevance of the reservation, the composition of the guests and indicate possible requests for accommodation.
The owner of the apartment has the right to request an advance payment to be sure of the guest's intentions. The host contacts the guest, provides instructions for check-in and an invoice for making an advance payment via Internet acquiring.
When booking for one day, the deposit may be increased at the discretion of the host.
A full package of reporting documents is provided: a cash receipt with QR, an invoice, and a closing act. |
