Payment is made after check-in and transferred to the landlord's card along with a deposit of RUB 5000.00 for the safety of the apartments to the landlord's card. The deposit is returned to the card during the day of departure after the cleaning.
Supplement for each guest over two guests — RUB 750.00 per day per person. Accommodation for children from two years old is also paid. Guests are kindly requested to specify children in the booking.
The maximum number of guests is 4 people.
Surcharge for accommodation of a pet is negotiated separately, an increased deposit is also taken.
