俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 After booking, guests are required to contact the apartments to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
There is no reception desk at the apartments, and check-in time must be arranged in advance.
A deposit is required from guests. The amount depends on the number of guests and the length of stay. The deposit is refunded after check-out and cleaning, provided that the house rules are followed and property is intact.
A late check-in fee applies.
City center parking is charged at RUB 100.00 per hour, but is free from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM. There is a secure parking lot on Artileriyskaya Street 1 at a rate of RUB 600.00 per day.
House rules:
• Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
• The apartment is not intended for parties or events.
• Smoking cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all areas, including the entrance and courtyard.
• Bringing third parties into the apartments without owner approval is prohibited.
• Noise is not allowed in the entrance and courtyard.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused accommodation.
• Guests under 18 years of age can only check in if accompanied by parents or guardians.
• Engaging in conflicts with neighbors and opening doors to strangers is prohibited.
• When leaving the apartments, guests must close taps and windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances.
• Outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors.
• Upon departure, dishes and appliances must be left clean. Trash should be disposed of only in bins or bags.
• Take care of the premises, furniture, and household appliances.
• Stains on textiles and furniture, breakages, and any other damage to property and premises are deducted from the guest's deposit.
• Staff can wash dishes for guests for RUB 500.00 and take out trash for RUB 200.00, deducted from the deposit.
• The cost for an additional guest is RUB 1000.00 per day.
• Laundry service is available at an additional cost. |
