For stays with multiple pets, the deposit may be doubled. The deposit is returned within 24 hours.
Late check-out of the administrator is paid separately RUB 1500.00-3000.00. The cost depends on the time.
A contactless late check-in system has been organized.
Guests are required to present a copy of their passport, as well as full payment and deposit at the time of handing over the electronic key for instructions.
From 28/04/2024 to 30/12/2024 the facade of the house will be under renovation.
