Deposit and cleaning are paid by card transfer only, the hotel does not accept other payment options. The deposit amount is returned upon departure.
When checking in with animals, a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the animal: if the animal is small, then the deposit amount is 3000.00 RUB, if it is large, then 5000.00 RUB. When leaving the deposit, it is returned 500.00 RUB less if no damage has been caused. |
