Personal check-in to the apartments is made until 6.00 PM. Guests can receive instructions for remote check-in and agree on the payment of the deposit and cleaning until 10.00 PM.
For a stay of two weeks or more, the cleaning cost is RUB 900.00.
Deposit and cleaning are paid by card transfer only, the hotel does not accept other payment options. The deposit amount is returned upon departure.
When checking in with animals, a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the animal: if the animal is small, then the deposit amount is 3000.00 RUB, if it is large, then 5000.00 RUB. When leaving the deposit, it is returned 500.00 RUB less if no damage has been caused.
