To confirm the reservation and receive instructions, the guest must contact the administrator at the contact number from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM no later than 24 hours in advance. If guests were unable to reach the property, it is possible to write on WhatsApp. Contact details are provided on the booking confirmation.
For day-to-day bookings, guests must contact the hotel 2 hours before check-in, or 2 hours before the end of the check-in time, that is, before 10:00 PM.
It is prohibited to drink alcohol and be intoxicated, to smoke in the room, at the entrance and near it, to make noise and listen to music late at night, and to bring other guests to stay without paying.
Laundry is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
A cooking stove is available upon agreement.
