俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests need to contact the apartment in advance (at least 2 days before arrival) to prepare for check-in.
24-hour check-in. In case of same-day check-in, you guests should inform the administrator in advance from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Reservations on the day of arrival are only possible until 09:00 PM.
Check-in is carried out remotely: after the conclusion of an electronic contract (renting a dwelling) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on settling.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement at an additional cost.
The apartments are located in a paid parking area. Free parking is possible in the yard upon request.
Children from 0 to 4 years old can be provided with a baby cot as an extra bed free of charge. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.
The apartments are located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building.
Work is underway to restore the front door. Guests are asked to note that the stairwells and entrances may be dusty and noisy. The work is carried out in accordance with city legislation and is time regulated. |
