— smoking;
— accommodation with pets;
— make noise and listen to loud music from 22:00 to 09:00;
— to hold events and parties;
— accommodation for persons under 18 years of age, unaccompanied by adults;
— rearrangement of furniture;
— presence of unauthorized persons in the apartment, not specified at the time of booking;
— cause any material damage to property.
For violation of the rules of accommodation, the apartments have the right to evict violators without refund of the money paid for the stay.
When leaving the apartment, guests must close the water intake taps, turn off the lights and turn off the TV.
We take care of your safety and do not welcome the presence of unauthorized persons not specified at the time of booking in our apartments.
If guests plan to check in late or check out early, they need to notify the accommodation in advance in any convenient way (phone, email). Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon check-in, the full cost of the reservation and the deposit must be paid. Accommodation without payment is not allowed.
If guests leave Sochi in the summer, it is recommended to leave for Sochi Airport at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, as traffic jams are possible. |
