俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1200.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds to a bank card upon arrival together with an insurance deposit.
Upon arrival for 1 night, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the guests the check-in instructions. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.
The apartments are not rented out for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
A baby cot with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay.
The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed in advance individually and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided. |
