Accounting documents are provided upon request.
Final cleaning is included in the price for bookings of 3 nights or more.
Contactless check-in is available in the apartments.
Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid separately, subject to availability.
A scan or passport photo is required before arrival to sign the contract.
The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay, after cleaning during the day, by transfer to the card.
Parties, birthdays, graduations and other events are prohibited in the apartment.
In which cases the deposit is not refunded:
If the guests were smoking in the apartment, and not on the balcony with the door closed. Smoking of electronic cigarettes, vapes and hookahs is also prohibited.;
If the guests have damaged any of the property in the apartment;
If the guests were noisy in the apartment after 21:00;
If the guests organised a party in the apartment without warning;
If guests have checked in with pets without warning;
The guests took the keys with them after check-out;
If the guests walked around the apartment in outside shoes;
If the guests have moved or rearranged the furniture.
Drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
The official working time for calls is from 08:00 to 22:00, but check-in is possible around the clock by prior arrangement. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. |
