Children policy: Children 0-4 years old stay free of charge with a baby cot. Children 5-16 years old are accommodated at the following rates: RUB 1000.00 per day per guest — no meals, RUB 1800.00 per day per guest — with buffet breakfast, RUB 2700.00 per day per guest — with buffet breakfast and dinner.

Pets policy: accommodation in a room with the owner of pets weighing up to 5 kg is not charged, over 5 kg — RUB 600.00 per day. When checking in, you must present a veterinary passport or certificate (certificate). The owner of the animal must keep it on a leash, in a muzzle or in a cage. Animals are not allowed in the restaurants and bars of the hotel.

For guests staying at the hotel, from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, there is a permanent 50% discount on services for visiting the Mon Plaisir SPA complex.

Check-in of guests is carried out only upon presentation of the original documents of each guest. Accepted documents are: a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a passport of a citizen of the USSR, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a birth certificate — for a person under 14 years old, a passport of a foreign citizen, or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen, a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person, a temporary residence permit for a stateless person, residence permit of a stateless person.
